At Premium Interiors, every delivery is designed with the same care as our creations. From scheduling the appointment to receiving your furniture, we ensure that every step is smooth, precise, and meets your expectations. Depending on the nature of your order, we offer several delivery options, designed to combine comfort, flexibility, and peace of mind.

Upon delivery, it is recommended to carefully check the number of packages received and the apparent condition of the packaging in the presence of the delivery driver. Any anomaly must be noted on the delivery slip before signing. As a precaution, we advise adding the phrase "subject to unpacking" to ensure that our Customer Service department can handle any potential issues.

Delivery with JP Home

1. Once your order has been validated and shipped, you will receive a link by email or SMS to select a five-hour delivery window and date that suits you. This appointment can be scheduled up to fifteen days in advance. It is recommended that you provide any information that will help ensure a smooth delivery.

2. Once the delivery schedule is confirmed, a summary message will be sent to you by email or SMS, specifying all the details.

3. The day before the appointment, a new message will indicate the narrowed two-hour time window during which the visit is scheduled.

4. On the day of delivery, our partner JP Home will inform you of the exact arrival time. A tracking link will allow you to follow the driver's progress in real time. A few minutes before their arrival, a call will be made to confirm your presence. If there is no answer, the delivery will be automatically rescheduled.

5. Upon delivery, it is essential to carefully check the condition of the packages in the presence of the delivery driver. They will present you with a delivery note to sign: your signature confirms its accuracy. If you have any doubts, and for any issues handled by our Customer Service, please write "subject to unpacking" directly on the delivery note.


Delivery with DPD

1. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message by email and SMS, indicating the day and time slot scheduled for delivery. If necessary, you can reschedule or modify your order information—address or phone number—directly from your myDPD account or by contacting Customer Service. For a smooth delivery, we recommend providing the driver with any relevant details.

2. You can track your parcel at any time via the myDPD online interface using the tracking number. Each update is displayed in real time, allowing you to know the exact progress of your delivery.

3. On the day of delivery, the package is left at the agreed address within the time slot communicated by email and SMS. If you are not home, and provided conditions allow, the package is automatically redirected to a nearby pickup point. Otherwise, a delivery notice will be left, inviting you to schedule a new delivery.

4. Upon delivery, it is essential to check the condition of the packages in the presence of the delivery driver. They will ask you to sign a delivery note, the signature of which confirms the apparent conformity of the items received. Any reservations must be noted on this note, or you must add the phrase "subject to unpacking" to allow our Customer Service department to potentially handle the issue.

5. Once the delivery has been completed, a confirmation message is sent to you, marking the completion of the delivery.

Collection service

We can help you update your furniture by offering a take-back service for your old pieces. In compliance with the AGEC law and regulations on Waste Furniture Equipment (DEA), this service operates on a simple principle: for every item delivered, an equivalent item can be taken back (a sofa for a sofa). Simply inform us before delivery so our team can organize the collection efficiently. Please note : items taken back cannot be returned.
