We work with two carriers. VIR Transport handles the delivery of bulky furniture, while DPD handles smaller items and lighter items.

VIR Transport
Essential Delivery
Essential delivery is delivered to the truck, with no unpacking or assembly required. You are responsible for collecting your packages and bringing them home on your own.
Please note: if you would like delivery to the room of your choice, please choose Peace of Mind Delivery!
Upon delivery, please check the number of packages ordered and received and the condition of the packaging, and report any errors before signing the delivery slip. We recommend writing "subject to unpacking" on the slip to avoid any potential disputes and ensure our customer service team handles the delivery.
Serenity Delivery
Serenity Delivery is delivered directly to the room of your choice. For added convenience and peace of mind, delivery drivers will drop off packages and have you sign the delivery slip at your home.
Please note: furniture assembly is not included.
Upon delivery, please check the number of packages ordered and received and the condition of the packaging, and report any errors before signing the delivery slip. We recommend writing "subject to unpacking" on the slip to avoid any potential disputes and ensure our customer service team handles the delivery.
Delivery steps:
- Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you'll receive a link by email or text message to select a 5-hour time slot and delivery date that suits you. You have up to 15 days to schedule your appointment. Be sure to provide as many instructions as possible to ensure smooth delivery.
- Once the date and time are set, you will receive a confirmation by email/SMS, with all the delivery details.
- The day before delivery, an email/SMS will also be sent to you to specify the 2-hour delivery time slot.
- On the day, VIR Transport will inform you of the exact delivery schedule, and a tracking link will allow you to follow the delivery driver's route in real time. The delivery drivers will call you a few minutes before their arrival to ensure your presence. If you do not respond, you will be marked as absent, canceling the day's delivery.
- Upon receipt of your packages, it is essential to check the condition of the packaging in the presence of the delivery person. The delivery person will then have you sign the delivery slip. By signing this slip, you accept the packages as they are. Please note: for our customer service to handle the package, any reservations must be noted on the delivery slip, stating: "subject to unpacking."
Recovery service
In accordance with the AGEC law and regulations on Waste Furniture Equipment (DEA) and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), we offer a take-back service for your old furniture when your new products are delivered. This service operates on a "1 for 1" basis. This means that the carrier collects an item equivalent in quantity and quality to the one they deliver, such as a sofa for a sofa. It is necessary to contact customer service before delivery. All returns are final and cannot be returned.
DPD
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is delivered to the truck, with no unpacking or assembly required. You are responsible for collecting your packages and bringing them home on your own.
Please note: no packages will be delivered directly to your home.

Delivery steps:
- Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation by SMS and email with the scheduled delivery date and time slot. You can reschedule your delivery or change your order details (delivery address and phone number) at any time directly in your DPD account or by contacting their customer service. Please provide as many instructions as possible to ensure smooth delivery.
- You can track your package by entering its number into the myDPD online tracking tool. This will keep you informed of the progress of your package at each stage of delivery and will give you access to its precise location.
- On the day, your package will be delivered to the address and time slot indicated in the confirmation email and SMS. If you are not there, the package will be redirected to a nearby relay point (if your location and the package's dimensions allow it). The delivery person will then leave a calling card in your mailbox, allowing you to reschedule your delivery.
- Upon receipt of your packages, it is essential to check the condition of the packaging in the presence of the delivery person. The delivery person will then have you sign the delivery slip. By signing this slip, you accept the packages as they are.
